All American Lawn & Tree LLC was founded in 2008 by local firefighter, Tim Ciminnisi. Tim owned and operated the company for several years on his own. All American quickly expanded from a small lawn care service to a large scale lawn and grading company. As Tim began his family, he needed a partner to help manage the busy operation. Mike Chavez took interest in 2023, and became a managing partner. Together they are running a successful company that is ready to serve you!  

Tim Ciminnisi is the owner and founder of All American Lawn and Tree LLC. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as being outdoors. He also serves the community as a firefighter for the City of Newnan. He became a certified firefighter his senior year and graduated from Northgate High School. Two years after graduating, All American was formed. He always knew from a young age he wanted to be a firefighter and have his own business. He is dedicated to delivering precision and quality in every aspect of work and ensuring that visions become a reality. His love and passion for heavy equipment and developing new relationships has propelled the company forward every year. In 2023, he partnered with Mike to continue to build and grow the business even further. 

Mike Chavez is an owner/managing partner at All American Lawn and Tree LLC. Mike enjoys being outdoors, fishing, golfing, playing pickle ball, and cooking. He grew up in Newnan, GA and is married with three children.  Mike graduated from Samford University School of Pharmacy in 1994 and received his certification in nuclear pharmacy from Purdue University in 1995. From there, Mike opened two successful nuclear pharmacies in Tallahassee, FL and Valdosta, GA before selling his interest in 2004. After he sold, he started his 17 year career with Publix Supermarkets. Mike started as a staff pharmacist and grew to become a pharmacy supervisor before retiring in 2022. Mike's interest and passion for growth and development led to his promotions in his pharmacy career. He was recognized for multiple achievements like sales, growth, and profitability during his time supervising a forty plus store district. Now, Mike's passion for entrepreneurship and love for business development has landed him as a business partner to Tim Ciminnisi at All American Lawn and Tree LLC.
